A lady has shared screenshots of the messages she received from a man after displaying her house on her WhatsApp status.

The messages shared by the lady, identified as @Chyy_Nelo, revealed the man’s immediate interest in getting close to her and her family, expressing a desire for a potential marriage.

The message read; “Hey dear, Compliments of the season. I thought I was gonna get so close to you, then your family. Thought we were gonna get married. Can we move on with our friendship. I really like you.”

This sudden shift in behavior raised questions about his true intentions and authenticity. Netizens swiftly reacted to the shared messages, condemning the man’s materialistic intentions.

They expressed disappointment in individuals who only show interest in someone when they realize their financial status.
