“He ordered food…” – Lady shares shocking date experience that sparked online reactions
A lady has shared a shocking experience from a date, leaving many stunned after the man she went out with allegedly ordered food only for himself and refused to let her eat.
In a viral video shared on X (formerly Twitter), she revealed that she had briefly stepped away to the restroom before the waitress arrived.
When she returned, she discovered that the man had already placed an order without asking what she wanted.
In her word, she said:
“So I went on a date with this man, and while we were on a date, I went to the bathroom before the waitress came.
When I came out, he told me he had already ordered for me. I said, okay, but you didn’t know what I wanted. He said, ‘Trust me, I know what you like.’”
According to her, when the food arrived, only his meal was served.
Despite waiting patiently, her food never came, and when she asked for some of his, he reportedly refused.
The situation became more shocking when the man finished eating, paid for his own meal, and still insisted that her food was “coming.”
“I waited and waited. He finished eating and called the waitress, paid for his food, and when I said I didn’t eat anything, he told me, ‘Trust me, you’ve had enough.’”
The story has sparked reactions online, with many expressing disbelief and calling out the man’s behaviour as disrespectful.
The lady concluded that the experience discouraged her from going on dates, saying she would rather stay at home and avoid such situations altogether.
