Grace Eleanor Keeling was born on August 12, 1999, in Cambridge, England. When she was two years old, her family relocated to the British Virgin Islands before returning to the United Kingdom six years later.

GK studied cinema at Nottingham Trent University (NTU) and earned a master’s degree in digital marketing. In late 2021, she participated in the Fellas podcast, which led to Keeling establishing her own podcast, Saving Grace, under The Fellas Studios in April 2022, which is also available as a vodcast on YouTube.

In November 2022, Keeling competed in Footasylum’s “Locked In” online reality series, finishing second runner-up. Keeling’s Saving Grace podcast tour took her to the United Kingdom in February 2023. Later that month, Keeling faced criticism for presenting the Women’s Champions League Cup quarter-final and semi-final draws with her girlfriend, Ella Rutherford, notably for making “crude comments” and failing to take the occasion properly.

She also apparently dropped one of the balls, picked it back up, and reintroduced it into the draw. She later had a surprise appearance in Olivia and Alex: Motherhood, which follows the lives of former Love Island series 2 stars Alex and Olivia Bowen as they enter parenthood.
