Following concerns over the recent drop of Aaron Ramsadale in Arsenal’s games, Mikel Arteta has claimed he has no idea if he plays on Sunday.

The Arsenal’s head coach has kept fans and pundits guessing as he remains tight-lipped about who will guard the goalposts in the upcoming north London derby against arch-rivals Tottenham.

The reactions come on the heels of the recent preference for David Raya by the manager, over Ramsdale, who has been with the club for a long and maintained the number-one position.

Ramsdale has been on the bench for two consecutive matches now, with no return on sight.

Meanwhile, Arteta has acknowledged the challenging nature of his role, stating, “I understand it, and I suffer with every player who’s not playing, but my job is to make decisions.”

He praised Ramsdale for his professionalism and support despite the setback. When quizzed about whether he has made his pick ahead of their next match, Arteta said, “No, I haven’t decided.”

The goalkeeping puzzle at the Emirates has sparked speculation and discussion among Arsenal supporters about the future of Ramsdale with the club.
