Young man and his group of friends lament bitterly while they call for help in an elevator that got stuck midway in Lagos.

A video making the rounds on social media captured the moment a group of friends struggle for air in an elevator.

The elevator malfunctioned and stopped midway leaving the occupants stranded while awaiting help.

The video stirred mixed reactions on social media from users who blamed the group of guys for exceeding the weight limit.

“Lift wey no suppose pass 4-5 he reach una turn una be like 8 😂💔,” a social media user wrote.

Another added, “The guy on red cap Dey ask for forgiveness already 😂.”
