MamaPee condemns poor healthcare and strikes in Nigeria

MamaPee recounted the daily struggles of Nigerians, highlighting the lack of access to doctors, insufficient funds for essential drugs, and the devastating consequences for vulnerable populations.

If you never go to the hospital and you don’t have money to pay for drugs, and there’s no doctor to attend to you because they are on strike… don’t tell me I’m shouting. You don’t know how it feels to be in a system that does not work,” she said.

She further detailed the personal toll these issues have taken, stating that she has blocked 5,000 people who unfairly criticized for her outspokenness.

MamaPee emphasised that her intentions are not to seek pity but to call attention to the daily suffering of Nigerians.

She also spoke on her political activism, clarifying that she campaigns for Peter Obi not out of personal obligation but from conviction saying “ Peter obi is my hope.”
