“Don’t call him during a game or match” – Lady advises women dating gamers, football fans

A woman has sparked online discussion after offering relationship advice to women dating gamers and football enthusiasts, urging them to respect their partners’ interests during intense gaming sessions or live football matches.
Advice to women in relationships
Speaking on behalf of gamers and football lovers, the lady warned that interruptions during games or matches could lead to unnecessary conflict, especially when expectations have already been communicated.
“So I want to say something on behalf of our gamers and the football lovers. Ladies, if you’re dating any of these two, don’t call them if they are having a game or their favourite club is having a match. Don’t,” she said.
She stressed that once a partner has made such preferences clear, deliberately ignoring them could be seen as provocation.
“If they already informed you about these particularities, don’t try proving to be a stubborn girlfriend. Don’t disturb them because you don’t know the tension going on in that game and you might not like how they reply you,” she added.
Suggesting alternatives
The lady went on to suggest ways women could keep themselves occupied instead of interrupting their partners during such moments.
“So maybe you can learn how to play Candy Crush or Subway Surf, so that whenever he is playing his game, you’ll be playing yours,” she said.
She also encouraged shared interests as a way to strengthen relationships.
“Or better still, you watch the football match with him,” she added.
Marriage and compatibility
Concluding her remarks, she hinted that understanding and compatibility around hobbies could positively influence long-term relationships.
“Sweet. Marriage don set,” she said.
Her comments have added to ongoing conversations about boundaries, communication, and mutual respect in relationships, particularly where personal hobbies and passions are involved.
