Reports claimed that the singer vomited shortly before his death and was buried on January 18, 2025, in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Following the confirmation of his death, videos showing the singer’s remains surfaced online and quickly went viral, triggering emotional reactions from fans.

Amid the outpouring of grief, a lady identified as @bigzeenah8 on TikTok shared the final voice note Destiny Boy sent to her.

She accompanied the post with an emotional caption: “E still be like dream person wey tell me say I just I forget him I will forever miss him voice. God this one pain me. Koda o. This one deep o destiny boy.”

In the voice note, the late singer could be heard saying: “You remember us today, God will continue to make you remember us.”
