The assistant of artist Davido, Lati has reportedly credited the fan he slapped a few days ago for trying to get close to the artist.
Recall that some videos circulating online showed Davido‘s aide, Lati, brutally slapping fans of the artist.

One of the videos shows OBO walking with his crew members as an excited fan with a phone attempts to capture the singer.
The post was shared by a Twitter user identified as Temitopepr who shared a screenshot of the money Lati transferred into his account as a way to apologize.
He captioned his post, “Lati DMW reached out to him 3 hours ago with a burner account, apologized & compensated him with a sum of ₦200,000.”
