Chelsea name IFS principal partner for front shirt ahead of Burnley clash

Chelsea have announced a new multi-year global partnership with IFS, elevating the industrial AI provider to Principal Partner with immediate effect.
As part of the agreement, IFS branding will appear on the front of Chelsea’s shirts for the remainder of the 2025/26 season.
In a statement on the club’s website, IFS, which specialises in Industrial AI software, will deploy its technology and AI-driven tools across multiple areas of the club’s operations.
The statement adds that the objective of the partnership is to improve decision-making processes, enhance performance analysis and streamline business functions behind the scenes.

Technology embedded into football operations
Chelsea said the partnership is designed to integrate advanced AI across sporting and commercial departments.
By connecting data, assets and personnel in real time, the club aims to sharpen its competitive edge while improving the overall supporter experience.
Jason Gannon, president of Chelsea, described the agreement as a strategic step forward.
“We are incredibly proud to partner with IFS and leverage their leading edge AI software to help propel the club to even greater success,” Gannon said.
“This partnership is a statement of intent to keep leading in this field, harnessing the opportunities advanced technology brings and unlocking the power of AI to improve everything we do on and off the pitch.”
What’s next for Chelsea
The West London side will play host to Burnley on Saturday, a clash that presents an opportunity to keep their top-four hopes alive.
