Bundesliga: Kane hat-trick off bench as Bayern destroy Stuttgart 5-0

Harry Kane delivered another elite performance, coming off the bench to score a hat-trick as Bayern Munich dismantled Stuttgart 5-0 to strengthen their grip on the Bundesliga title race.

The victory extended Bayern’s unbeaten run to 13 matches and moved them 11 points clear at the top of the table, showing their operational dominance under Vincent Kompany.

Bayern take control early

Bayern set the tempo from kick-off and needed just 11 minutes to open the scoring.

Konrad Laimer finished off a sharp exchange with Michael Olise after receiving a precise pass from Jonas Urbig, putting the champions firmly in control.

Stuttgart thought they had equalised late in the first half when Nicolas Nartey headed home from Bilal El Khannouss’s free-kick, but VAR wiped it off for offside. After that setback, the visitors never regained momentum.

Kane takes it to next level after introduction

Kane entered in the 61st minute, replacing Nicolas Jackson, and immediately asserted control.

His first goal came via a solo run and low-driven finish from distance, setting the tone for a ruthless closing phase.

Josip Stanišić added Bayern’s third after Luis Díaz sliced through Stuttgart’s defence, but the floodgates truly opened after Lorenz Assignon was sent off for handling the ball on the goal line.

Kane converted the resulting penalty and then completed his hat-trick from an Olise cross.

Stuttgart collapse under pressure

Once reduced to ten men, Stuttgart had no structural capacity to cope. Kane exploited every gap, closing out a clinical treble in just over half an hour on the pitch, while taking his season’s tally to 17 goals.
