The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd) in his just concluded live speech didn’t acknowledge the loss of lives from the Lekki massacre and across the country.
According to him, some Nigerians mistook as weakness, the swift response of his regime to disband the Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Nigeria Police Force.
Buhari made this known in a live broadcast on Thursday evening.
The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, had scrapped the special police unit in the wake of the #EndSARS protests.
