AON considers appointing Comfort Emmanson as ambassador

The Airline Operators of Nigeria (AON) is considering Comfort Emmanson, the viral Ibom Air female passenger, as a brand ambassador.

This follows Comfort Emmanson’s release from Kirikiri Correctional Centre, amid a viral video showing her altercation with crew members and security personnel.

According to a statement released by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace, Festus Keyamo, on X (formely Twitter), AON is considering appointing Comfort Emmanson as an ambassador for good passenger conduct.

“The Airline Operators of Nigeria (AON), they are also looking at the option of using Ms. Comfort Emmanson, who has also shown remorse, as their own Ambassador for good passenger conduct”, The statement stated.

Festus Keyamo addressed the controversy surrounding K1 De Ultimate’s appointment as aviation ambassador, stating that the singer’s role would be voluntary with no payment.
