“Anus is not a sexual organ” — Medical doctor warns

A medical doctor has stirred widespread reactions online after a video of him explaining the biological role of the human anus went viral on social media.

In the clip circulating across platforms, the doctor clearly states that the anus is not a sexual organ but part of the digestive system, emphasising its primary function in the body.

Doctor Explains Biological Function

Speaking in the video, the doctor said: “The anus is not a sexual organ. It’s part of the digestive system. Hear me very well.”

He went on to explain that the anus is responsible for the passage of stool and is not designed for sexual purposes.

According to him, while some individuals may choose to engage in such activities, it does not change the organ’s biological function.

The doctor added: “Now, some people decide to use it in sexual activity. That’s a choice. It’s not its biological function.”

He stressed that anyone making such decisions should prioritise consent, safety, protection, and hygiene.

Emphasis on Safety and Awareness

The medical professional further highlighted the importance of understanding one’s body before making personal decisions.

He said: “If you decide to use it for sexual activity, it’s important to have consent, safety and protection. Hygiene as well is important. Know your body before making informed choices.”

His remarks have since generated conversations around sexual health education and personal responsibility.

Mixed Reactions from the Public

The video has attracted a wave of mixed reactions from social media users, with many expressing strong and differing opinions.

One user, Slanddi, wrote: “Any man that indulges in anal sex is a homosexual man. I tell people this but they think it’s a joke.”

Another user, Myyy, reacted angrily, saying: “Proper precautions? Are you mad? Anus is anus and should never be used for sex period, osi unless proper precautions, mtcheeeww.

However, some supported the doctor’s message. Neche commented: “He’s simply stating medical facts clearly, and that kind of direct health education is necessary in a time where misinformation is widespread.”
