American pastor credits Bishop David Oyedepo for strengthening his ministry vision
An American pastor has shared how his spiritual journey led him to David Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners’ Chapel.
In a recent testimony, the pastor revealed that when he began his church 14 years ago, he prayed to avoid what he described as challenges he had observed in some ministries in the United States. According to him, he felt led to seek spiritual mentorship and guidance from Bishop Oyedepo in Nigeria.
He stated that he and his wife have visited the church multiple times, describing the experience as spiritually transformative.
The pastor claimed that during their visits, they frequently witnessed testimonies, including accounts of women over 60 allegedly giving birth to twins or triplets, with medical professionals present to support the claims.
Noting the atmosphere of faith at the church, the pastor said the teachings and testimonies reinforced his belief in the biblical principle that “all things are possible to them that believe.”

“I told the Lord when I started the church 14 years ago, I said, I don’t want this mess that I see in some places in America on this ministry that you are calling me to create. So as a result, I had to go. He sent me to a man by the name of Bishop David Oyedepo. And I went over there and that man made me feel like I wasn’t even saved. They make the book of Acts look like Sunday school. My wife and I went over I’ve been over there 19 times my wife has been over there what 17, 16 times. We’ve never been over there and there was not at least two women who gave a testimony about having twins or triplets over the age of 60. Two without a womb. The doctors were there and the doctor stood up, two doctors, stood on the stage with x-rays we are here to confirm that this woman had a, I don’t know if it was twins i can’t remember, one baby two baby it doesn’t matter we are here to confirm that we watched a baby grow in this woman who does not have a womb because over there they believe when the scripture says all things are possible to them that believe..”
