“After telling me…” – Woman drags Lord’s Chosen General Overseer for allegedly marrying the third time
A Nigerian woman has sparked reactions online after calling out the General Overseer of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement, accusing him of secretly marrying for the third time.
In a viral video circulating on X (formerly Twitter), the visibly emotional woman alleged that the same cleric once used his preaching to break her marriage, only to allegedly do the opposite of what he preached.
Speaking in the clip, she said:
“Our pastor has married secretly again for the third time. This is the same man that used preaching to chase me out of my husband’s house.”
She further claimed that the pastor is now married to an American citizen and has abandoned women within the church.
“He married an American citizen and left the ones in his church,” she added.
The allegations have since sparked mixed reactions across social media, with many users expressing shock while others questioned the authenticity of her claims.
One user wrote, “If this is true, it’s really disappointing.” Another added, “This is why you should not base your life decisions fully on pastors.”
As of the time of filing this report, there has been no official statement from the church addressing the allegations.
