The Founder of BUA, Abdul Samad Rabiu has reaffirmed his commitment to the Nigeria Super Eagles, promising to fulfill his $500,000 pledge to the team despite their semi-final loss to Morocco.

In his latest on Instagram, he praised the players for their courage, determination, and unity on the pitch:

“You fought with your hearts, gave your all, and showed true courage and determination on the pitch. Though it wasn’t meant to be this time, you have made every Nigerian proud,” he said.

He acknowledged that sometimes even the best efforts don’t bring the desired result, but stressed that the spirit, passion, and teamwork the team displayed are what truly matter.

As a token of appreciation for their remarkable journey and effort, the BUA Founder confirmed he would fulfill his pledge of $500,000 USD, recognizing the players’ hard work, dedication, and the joy they have brought to Nigerians nationwide.

“Keep your heads high, Super Eagles – the experience, lessons, and spirit will fuel even greater success next time. Nigeria will always be proud of you, and we believe in your future victories,” he added.

While the Super Eagles may have fallen short in the semi-finals, their performance has left an indelible mark on fans and continues to inspire national pride.
