A Nigerian man has stirred buzz online after displaying his grandfather’s abandoned hotel, revealing the likely sale amount.
The young man, identified as @caniceejoh on TikTok, disclosed that the building situated in Delta state, eastern region of Nigeria, has been abandoned for about 30 years.

In the now-viral TikTok video, @caniceejoh showed off the interior and exterior of the abandoned hotel with bushy surroundings.
According to the TikToker, he is currently contemplating renovating or selling off the abandoned building for $1.5 million.
”At my grandpa’s old hotel that he started to build about 30 years ago. We are checking it out or should we sell it? Hopefully we are going to keep it in the family”, He said.
Meanwhile, the video.which has garnered nearly a million views, has been flooded with reactions from TikTok users.
