“A wife is never more important than a mother” – Daniel Regha disagrees

Daniel Regha, a social media commentator, has publicly disagreed with an X user who claimed a wife is more important than a mother, sparking intense online debate.
The comment, shared on X (formerly Twitter), quickly attracted mixed reactions from users who weighed in on family values and marital priorities.
Regha Rejects Claim, Defends Mothers
The post was made by a lady identified as Kira, who advised husbands never to forget their wives come before their mothers.
Her statement read, “As a husband, never forget your wife is more important than your mother.”
Reacting to the post, Daniel Regha strongly opposed the view and explained why he believed it was flawed.
Regha wrote: “A wife is never more important than a mother, unless the mother in question is not worth being called one.”
He added: “A mother is irreplaceable, without a mother a wife willn’t have a husband to begin with.”
Regha further stated: “Mothers give birth to sons, who then marries the ladies they call wives.”
Continuing, he said: “And any lady who thinks otherwise will not also appreciate their in-laws coming betwen them and their sons.”
He concluded by stressing balance, writing: “A wife is as important as a mother, both are very influential, and play different roles, but never underestimate the importance of a good mom.”
The exchange has continued to trend online, with users divided over loyalty, marriage, and the place of mothers in family life.
