A Nigerian lady’s post revealing the amount a man borrowed from his childhood friend to travel overseas has gone viral online.
The lady, identified by the X handle @itzchristunique, disclosed that the man borrowed ₦6 million from his childhood friend.

According to the X user, six months after arriving overseas, the man didn’t contact his friend.
However, after 5 years, he reached out to his friend via Facebook DM, requested his account details, and sent him ₦20 million.
Man Explains Reason For Silence
Detailing the reason for his silence, the man admitted to encountering issues in his first year after arriving in the UK.
Despite the tumoil, he never abandoned his friend in thought.
”He said he had issues the first year he Travelled but never forgot his friend that came for him. Today, the two friends are together in the UK.This happened in anambra state“,The tweet reads in part.
