“$300,000 to render service”- Celebrity fashion designer, Seyi Vodi shares how he earned his first income

Renowned Nigerian fashion designer and entrepreneur, Oluwaseyi Adekunle popularly known as Seyi Vodi has shared details of his first income.
In a recent interview, Seyi Vodi revealed he earned his first income during the year he served as a corper.
Seyi Vodi’s Interview Sparks Buzz
According to Seyi Vodi, during his service, the monthly allowance for corps members was upgraded from N1,000 to N3,600, which served as the initial capital for his business.
Furthermore, he shared that while fellow corps members would use their allowances to buy outfits from Abba market, he didn’t follow suit.
Emphasizing his stance that in the fashion world, designers are wealthier than politicians in the Western world, Seyi Vodi disclosed that an individual, whose identity wasn’t disclosed, offered him $300,000 to render a service.
I’ve been paid 500 naira, where a single Individual has offered me $300,000 to render service”, He stated.
Seyi Vodi Purchases Rolls-Royce Cullinan
It would be recalled that Seyi Vodi gifted himself a 2025 Rolls-Royce Cullinan worth approximately 1 billion Naira, on his 50th birthday.
He flew the luxury car into Nigeria via private jet, making it a grand celebration.
Notably, Seyi Vodi’s fashion brand is highly respected, with clients including Vice President Kashim Shettima, Burna Boy, and 2Baba.
