A mum who sufferes from extreme seizures every time she hears singer Ne-Yo’s voice has had part of her brain removed in an attempt to stop the fits.

Fed-up Zoe Fennessy, 26, has an epileptic seizure within seconds of hearing the chart-topper’s vocals, making her freeze, vomit and unable to react to the world around her.

The healthcare assistant has to wear earphones whenever she goes shopping just in case the ‘Let’s Go’ singer’s tunes are played in stores. And she has been clinically diagnosed with musicogenic seizures which are triggered by the tone of Ne-Yo’s voice.

In a bid to stop the fits, surgeons removed part of her left frontal lobe in June but unfortunately it didn’t work and baffled medics reckon the mum will have the condition forever.
