Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has reportedly met with Mario Balotelli’s agent as he weighs up a summer move for the AC Milan striker.
The Gunners have been strongly linked with a £25million deal to sign Balotelli at the end of the season, with Wenger on the lookout for a world class forward.
And amid talk that Arsenal’s sponsors Puma could help fund the transfer, reports have emerged that Wenger has met with the player’s agent to discuss a move.
According to Mediaset, Wenger met Mino Riola in London on Monday to discuss the possibility of Balotelli moving to the Emirates.
Balotelli looks increasingly likely to leave Milan after he was again target of racist abuse last week during Milan’s clash with Napoli.
