UNIPORT student dismembers girlfriend, caught while disposing body

A final-year student at the University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT, known simply as Collins murders his girlfriend, Justina Tiffany Otuene, for an alleged money ritual.

Residents along NTA Road in Port Harcourt apprehended the suspect while he was attempting to dispose of the lifeless body of the victim after dismembering her body.

As per available information, the suspect, Collins, had invited the deceased, a 300-level Biochemistry student from the same university to his residence prior to the incident taking place.

Though the exact details of the incident remain unclear, it is reported that security authorities arrested the suspect following the alarm raised by residents.

As of now, the Rivers State Police Public Relations Officer, Grace Iringe-Koko, has not made any comments regarding the incident.

It is worth noting that the crime was uncovered days after the missing person alert of Justina Tiffany Otuene for circulated on the internet.
