“Scammers don lack format o” — Nigerian business woman exposes scammer in her DM

A Nigerian business woman has exposed a scammer who attempted to lure money from her using a new format.

The business woman who sells luxury accessories, shared conversations she had with the scammer on her Twitter page, @ADoseOfStella_.

The scammer texted her on Instagram, while pretending to be a customer interested in an item even going as far as requesting for her account details.

As soon as she sent the account details, he asked her for 1500, claiming he was stuck in traffic and needed to sort out his bolt fare as his USSD line was barred.

However, the business woman was already aware of the scammer’s tactics, refused and asked him to tell his friend to help him out instead.
