Big Brother Naija ‘All Stars’ lovebirds, Pere Egbi and Mercy Eke has raised speculations once again with their recent banter on Twitter.

The most recent development in their continuing story happened when Pere posted something on Twitter that set off a lot of rumours.

The rumour mill went into overdrive as soon as he sent out a simple tweet that he was missing someone.

Though speculation differed greatly, many surmised that the tweet was obliquely aimed at Mercy.

Mercy’s response to Pere’s tweet escalated rumours that she was the focus of his message. But then, in a turn of events, Mercy deleted her reply very quickly.

Though she tried to take back her response, astute internet users had already taken screenshots, strengthening the notion that they were romantically involved.

Pere Egbi wrote: “My coconut head and agege muffin I miss those lips”

Mercy Eke replied: “Hahaha gettattttttttt🙄”
