“I never body-shamed her” – Sarah Martins explains her comment on Blessing CEO’s bikini photo

Nollywood actress, Sarah Martins has reversed her statement as she explained she never body-shamed relationship expert, Blessing CEO.

Recall that Blessing CEO made waves on Friday by flaunting her toned figure in a two-piece crochet bikini that highlighted her recently acquired body.

Blessing CEO flaunted her abdominal tattoo in the pictures, which featured an open bible with two verses from the Bible—one from Matthew 11:12 and the other from Proverbs 31.

Many people criticised her for her bikini photos, including Sarah Martins and Nkechi Blessing, who expressed revulsion at her body.

Sarah Martins body shamed her in a blog comment section, and Blessing CEO blocked her from her Instagram.

Sarah responded by criticising her for blocking her and pointing out the attacks on her page from her fans, whom she dubbed Oloshos.

She posted her own bikini photos in what appeared to be a challenge, gushing over her tattoos, which she claimed are elegant and sexy as opposed to Blessing CEO’s, which she finds tacky.

She then reversed course and said that she had never body-shamed Blessing CEO and that she could never body-shame a woman, particularly one who has given birth.

The actress clarified that her criticism was directed at the tattoo, which she considered tacky, rather than her physical appearance.

She acknowledged that her comment was inappropriate, but she thinks the CEO of Blessing would have done worse.

In her words: “Y’all coming to my page to cap dust. I never body-shamed Blessing CEO! I only made reference to her full book coverage belly tattoo and yes, that her belly tattoo looks tacky! I will never body shame a woman for being a mother! I am a mother too, a clean sexy one at that so shush!

“Maybe I shouldn’t have dropped that comment tho but Blessing would have dropped the same comment or even worse it was someone else! And YES, that her belly tattoo is TACKY! Go to Court!”.
